walk waves||stave off oblivion

i’ve really been liking cloudruler‘s bird-inspired argonian designs so I decided to redesign my champion of cyrodiil Walks-The-Waves with elements from a Victoria crowned pigeon!! still working on their body but this should do for now

so currently they’re a Paatru/Wasseek-Haleel mix and make a lot of cooing sounds. they can also retract their neck
